Here at GRAIL, we value quality over quantity all day, everyday. Please note that all of our products are pre-loved one-off items from past decades, and we do our absolute best to ensure everything we offer is in good condition. Each piece is thoughtfully handpicked, inspected, and sometimes upcycled.
Your goodies are shipped within 2-5 days of purchase via USPS (woohoo!). A notification will be sent to the email provided with a tracking number once the order is in route. We hope this never happens, but once an item has been shipped, GRAIL is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. In the rare event that your package is returned to us, we may contact you and arrange reshipment for a fee.
