    Vintage
    Our vintage collection is thoughtfully curated to align with GRAIL’s aesthetic. Each piece is hand-selected and inspected to ensure quality. While vintage items may show subtle signs of wear due to their pre-loved nature, we ensure they are free from significant flaws such as stains, holes, or missing elements.

    All of our vintage shoes are taken to a cobbler for professional repair to ensure they are in excellent condition and ready to be worn without worry. This extra step helps to guarantee quality and prevent any vintage shoe mishaps.

    Some vintage pieces are reworked and transformed into original GRAIL Upcycles, breathing new life into timeless styles. Listings will clearly indicate which pieces are part of this special collection.

    For our original designs, you’ll find detailed sizing information included in each product description to guide your selection and ensure confidence in your purchase. Please note that sizing may vary between designers, so we encourage reviewing the provided measurements for the best fit.

    For our vintage pieces, sizing can differ from modern standards. To simplify things, we provide flat measurements for all vintage items, including armpit-to-armpit and top-to-bottom dimensions. We recommend comparing these measurements to similar items you own for the most accurate fit.

  • We’re committed to getting your GRAIL pieces to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days via USPS. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

    For those local to San Diego, we’re excited to offer an in-store pickup option with our friends at Timshel! Their address is: 4646 Park Blvd #1, San Diego, CA 92116

    Pickups will be ready within 2–3 business days during the following business hours:

    • Wednesday: 1–7PM

    • Thursday: 1–7PM

    • Friday: 1–7PM

    • Saturday: 11AM–7PM

    • Sunday: 11AM–5PM

    Please note, Timshel is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

    GRAIL is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package is returned to us, we’ll reach out to coordinate reshipment, which will require an additional shipping fee. To avoid delivery hiccups, double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

    At this time, we ship exclusively within the U.S. But stay tuned—we’re working on expanding our shipping options and can’t wait to offer international delivery in the future!
